Patricia Quinn
Founder and CEO

Established the project in 2007; educated in history, management practice and governance. Formerly cultural director of Temple Bar Properties and executive director of the Arts Council. Former member of the Newspaper Commission, the Forum on Broadcasting, and the Council of National Cultural Institutions. Member of the board of RTE.

Janet Collins
Programme Manager

Joined the project in May 2010, with qualification in computer science and project management. Has led the project across the full development lifecycle; also responsible for procurement, and liaison with funders and suppliers. Before this, she worked for fifteen years as a senior project manager in the financial and education service sectors.

Fintan Nolan
Lead Developer

Joined the project in July 2010, with qualifications in physical science, maths and computing. Before this, he had twenty years’ experience as a software engineer, technical architect and lead developer in the financial services and other sectors.

Marie-Therese Mullen
Financial Analyst

Joined the project in February 2011, with a professional qualification as a chartered accountant (ACA). Responsible for financial data procurement and quality assurance processes, and for company financial management and control. Previously worked for fifteen years in financial management and audit.

John McNamara
Financial Consultant

B.Comm, FCA, formerly an audit director of KPMG. Joined the project in September 2009 as a consultant, advising on the approach to mapping the contents of audited financial statements and monitoring its implementation.
